I am starting a 30 day challenge for myself and others. These are the rules. Reblog to spread the message and make a small difference in your life and to those around you.
These are the rules:
1. I must give out at least 3 compliments a day
2. I must carry out two random acts of kindness everyday. This may be something such as hanging out the washing for your mum
3. Everyday I must say to myself- ‘I am beautiful, I am clever, I can achieve anything I set my mind to.’
4. I will go for at least one run a week. Others can do any form of excercise they wish
5. I will not eat sweets or chocolate during the school week other than the exception of one chocolate chip biscuit in my school lunch. Others can decide what they think is reasonable for them
